How to buy a gift card
- Go to our gift card page and choose an amount.
- Choose to have it emailed to you (to print or forward) or straight to the recipient.
- Check out as normal. The gift card code arrives by email with redemption instructions.
How to use a gift card
Add your items to the cart and enter the gift card code at checkout. Any balance left over stays on the card for your next order.
How long are gift cards valid?
- Shoe Me gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date they're issued. The expiry date is shown on your gift card email.
- There are no fees, and you can use your balance across as many orders as you like.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed online at shoeme.com.au and can't be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Promotional gift cards we give away for free (for example, prizes or sponsorships) may have a shorter expiry, which will be shown on the card.
Store credit from a return is different: it's held in your Shoe Me account and has no expiry date.
